My academic foundation is both broad and deep, spanning Computer Science and Business Administration. I began my higher education with an Associate of Science in Computer Science at the University of the People, building core technical skills in programming, data management, and problem-solving. I then earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration & Computer Science from Southern New Hampshire University, merging analytical, technical, and business perspectives. Expanding my entrepreneurial and strategic knowledge, I completed a Professional Degree in Entrepreneurship from Cornell University, and I am currently pursuing a Master & Doctor of Business Administration in Business Administration at Edgewood College, focusing on leadership, organizational strategy, and process optimization.
I started my professional journey in business analysis by supporting operational workflows and system integrations, quickly recognizing the power of combining technical knowledge with business insight. Over the years, I’ve expanded my expertise into Business Intelligence, creating dashboards and KPI reporting using Power BI, Excel, and SQL to guide strategic decisions. I’ve also grown my skills in Project Management, coordinating project plans, facilitating Agile ceremonies, and ensuring timely delivery of cross-functional initiatives. My background in Information Technology and Computer Science enables me to bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders, especially in system integration, workflow automation, and software enhancements.
